Personal data (hereinafter mostly referred to as "data") are processed by us only in the context of the necessity and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its contents and the services offered there.

II. Rights of users and data subject
With regard to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right

  • to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, to obtain information about the processed data, further information on data processing and copies of the data (see also Art. 15 GDPR);
  • to the rectification or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 GDPR);
  • to the immediate erasure of the data concerning them (see also Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, if further processing pursuant to Art. 17(3) GDPR is required, to restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR;
  • to receive the data concerning them and provided by them and the right to transmit this data to other providers / controllers (see also Art. 20 GDPR);
  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, if they consider that the data concerning them are processed by the provider in breach of data protection regulations (see also Art. 77 GDPR).
  • In addition, the provider is obliged to notify any recipients to whom data have been disclosed by the provider about any correction or deletion of data or the restriction of processing, which takes place pursuant to Articles 16, 17(1), 18 GDPR teaching. However, this obligation does not exist if this communication is impossible or disproportionate. Notwithstanding, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

Likewise, in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of the data concerning them, provided the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Art. 6(1) lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to the processing of data for the purpose of direct advertising is permitted.


III. Information about data processing
Your data that is processed when you use our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with statutory retention requirements and subsequently no other information is provided on individual processing methods.

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable Internet presence, data is transmitted by your Internet browser to us or to our web space provider. These server log files include the type and version of your Internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you have accessed our website (referrer URL), the page(s) of our website that you visit, the date and time of the access as well as the IP-address of the internet connection from which you accessed our website.

The data collected in this way will be temporarily stored but not together with other data collected from you.

This storage takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6(1) lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our website.

The data will be deleted at the latest after seven days, as long as no further storage for evidence purposes is required. Otherwise, the data will be wholly or partially exempted from the deletion obligation until final clarification of the matter.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1) lit. b) GDPR.

Your data will be deleted, provided that your request has been finally dealt with and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention requirements, for example, in the event of subsequent contract execution.

Subscription to contributions
If you publish articles on our Internet pages, we also offer you to subscribe to any subsequent contributions by third parties. In order to be able to inform you about these follow-up articles by e-mail, we process your e-mail address.

The legal basis here is Art. 6(1) 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent to this subscription at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR. For this you only need to inform us about your cancellation or press the unsubscribe link contained in the relevant e-mail.

Online job applications / publication of job advertisements
We offer you the opportunity to apply for a job with us through our website. In these digital applications, your applicant and application data will be collected and processed electronically by us for the purpose of processing the application.

The legal basis for this processing is Section 26(1) sent. 1 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in conjunction with Art. 88(1) of the GDPR.

If an employment contract is concluded after the application process, we will save your data submitted in the application in your personnel file for the purpose of the normal organizational and administrative process - of course, taking into account any further legal obligation.

The legal basis for this processing is also Section 26(1) sent. 1 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88(1) GDPR.

If we reject an application, we will automatically delete the data submitted to us two months after notification of the rejection. However, the data will not be deleted if it is required for reasons of proof under the German General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG) for a longer retention period of up to four months or until the conclusion of a judicial procedure.

The legal basis in this case is Art. 6(1) lit. f) GDPR and Section 24(1)(2) BDSG. Our legitimate interest lies in the legal defence and enforcement.

If you expressly agree to a longer storage of your data, for example, for inclusion in an applicant or interested party database, the data will be further processed on the basis of your consent. The legal basis is then Art. 6(1) lit. a) GDPR. Of course, you can revoke your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR by declaring this to us with effect for the future.
